Thierry Rodon will speak at the international conference The Mineral Arctic: Imagination, Communication and Practices, organized by the Malaurie Institute of Arctic Research Monaco–UVSQ (MIARC), in collaboration with the UArctic Thematic Network Arctic Cultures and History (ARCH) and the UArctic Regional Centre for Continental Europe at UVSQ.

Arn Keeling, a member of the MinErAL network and professor of geography at Memorial University, has co-authored The Price of Gold: Mining, Pollution, and Resistance in Yellowknife with John Sandlos.

Thierry Rodon will participate in the third lecture of the Beyond Hot Air series, co-organized by the Austrian Polar Research Institute (APRI), and the Museum of Natural History Vienna (NHM).

The 2025 edition of the Nunavik Mining Workshop took place from April 1 to 3 in Kuujjuaq, Nunavik. Thierry Rodon, accompanied by Jean-Marc Seguin, presented the conclusions of their meetings with the Kanak tribes in the region of the Koniambo Nickel mine and plant project.
